This is one of my favorite and successful pieces. Successful in that I feel it depicts the spirt of the insect and really captures the sleek, aerodynamic lines.
This is made of sterling silver(wings) and bronze(body). The wings are articulated so they move as it is being worn. Great for use on a wide lapel or hat. When not being worn, consider pinning it on a lampshade or drapes. The wingspan is 3.5"/9cm and the length of the head and body is 2.5"/6.5cm.
